Following a recent safety audit, our client was required to install upright protection to his existing cable racking system. They asked Storeplan to supply & install upright protection to their cable racking.
A further requirement of this electrical supplier was a storage solution for storing smaller to medium cable reels in a high traffic warehouse area.
Storeplan’s Racking Protection & Shelving Solution
Working in with the client’s preferences Storeplan supplied two different style angle uprights for the uprights posts of his cable racking. A shorter 300H angled protector for the end posts and taller 850H angled protectors for the middle upright posts.
To increase the store’s cable storage capacity Storeplan installed a 1200 deep Heavy Duty Longspan Shelving. It featured 3 shelf levels and had a total length of 3180W. As this system was installed in a high traffic area, upright protection was also installed to the Longspan shelving posts.
The finished result was a highly effective, safe, and well protected storage solution.
